Cherry Creek Vista HOA Board of Directors Meeting

Meeting was held at Cottonwood Creek Elementary and called to order at 7:05pm

April meeting minutes were approved

Don LaBrot presented the agent report with reference to the financials, covenant and regulation enforcement and legal issues. Don will also check on estimated fees from our CPA about future audits and also check with our counsel about estimated legal fees.

Items that need to be added to the annual meeting agenda include:

Approval of the minutes from last year, the possibility of raising the dues by $5.00 for the next fiscal year, spring improvement deadline for homeowners is considered due by the end of May, social event, spring clean up day, the website and a financial presentation by Don.

Don will send out postcards about the spring clean up day on June 17^th – Barbara is to send him the copy.

Kris will contact Angie (HOA member) about the plans for the summer social currently scheduled for August 20^th.

Barbara will plan on another presidents letter for early June.

Next meeting is scheduled for June 14^th , 7:00pm - at the home of Kris Skaff – 10846 East Berry Ave.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10pm
