Cherry Creek Vista HOA Board of Directors Meeting

Meeting was held at the home of Jim Hooten and called to order at 7:15pm.

July meeting minutes were approved.

Todd Adams, along with his attorney, real estate agent and contractor, presented his appeal to the board with reference to his new roof. The board wants an opportunity to consider the appeal and told Mr. Adams that the board would respond to him in writing after that consideration.

The board set aside time on August 23^rd at 7:00pm to meet at Don Bergal’s home. This meeting is designed as a time of education for the board and an opportunity to confer with counsel on various matters before the board.

Don LaBrot presented the agent report with reference to the financials, covenant and regulation enforcement and legal issues.

The Summer Social is scheduled for August 20^th at 7:00pm. The board learned recently that the Hills of Cherry Creek chose not to participate in the event as originally planned. The movie selection is ‘Yours Mine and Ours’. There will be snacks and a balloon twister for the children. The board hopes for good weather.

The board discussed and approved the following revisions to the Rules and Regulations of the Association:

An unsightly vehicle also includes: any vehicle with a car cover that can be seen from the street.

Motorcycles used as transportation can be parked on the driveway.

ATV’s, trail bikes and other off road vehicles cannot be stored on a trailer in any visible location of the property.

Don LaBrot presented the board with a contract from Centennial Property Services for the next two years.

Next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at Cottonwood, September 13^th at 7:00pm.

Meeting Adjourned at 9:25pm.
