•The meeting was held at Cottonwood Elementary School.

•The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM

•Meeting minutes of September 13, 2006 board meeting were approved.

Centennial Property Services report

•The financials through September were presented.

•Covenant violations through September 30, 2006 were presented.

•Board was updated on which covenant violations have been sent to legal counsel for further action.

Other Items

•The board decided to seek advice from counsel regarding the updated language of the Rules and Regulations.

The next meeting will be held November 8th at 7:00 PM at Cottonwood Elementary School.
