Cherry Creek Vista HOA Board of Directors – Minutes from June 14^th 2006

Metting was held at 7:00pm at the home of Kris Skaff

The board received a guest: Mr. David Powers the President of the Hills at Cherry Creek HOA. He shared the policy and procedures of their association as well as the status of the construction of their perimeter wall. He also suggested that we could combine our summer social event with theirs and present an evening of “Pics in the Park”. The board agreed and Saturday evening August 19^th at Sunset Park was affirmed. Kris Skaff will be in touch with David as to the planning of the event.

May meeting minutes were approved.

Officer assignments were made and are:

Barbara Ariss – President

Pete Whitaker – Vice President

Jim Hooten – Treasurer

Kris Skaff – Secretary

Spring/Summer Clean up day is scheduled for 6/17. Thanks to Don for getting the postcards out.

Don LaBrot presented the agent report and the board was asked to review the violation letters and send any suggestions as to the content via email to Barbara Ariss.

It was decided that the board would discuss any revisions to the Rules and Regulations at the July meeting. Barbara asked each director to review the current R/R’s and come to the meeting with ideas and how to make them better. It was also suggested that each board member take a look at the split rail fences in the area that have chicken wire and come to the meeting with their impressions.

Next meeting is July 12^th at the home of Barbara Ariss – 10886 East Berry Ave. 7:00pm
