February 14, 2007 meeting minutes were amended and approved. They will be posted on the association’s web site.

Centennial Property Services Report

Homeowner Association financials through February 28, 2007 were presented to include: balance sheet, profit/loss budget vs. actual, and customer balance summary.

Covenant violations through February 28, 2007 were presented. Board discussed sending a “friendly” reminder to homeowners in late fall as a reminder to stay on top of snow removal as it is a county ordinance and an association regulation.

Architectural Committee Report

Chris Pyms presented some new shingle colors that have been added to the composite roof selections. All the new colors were approved.

Group Home Meeting with Commissioner Jim Dyer

A forum will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007, at the Cottonwood Elementary gymnasium with Commissioner Dyer and Representative David Palmer in regard to the group home situation in our neighborhood. Mike Wallace, CCV homeowner, will spearhead this meeting and the Cherry Creek Vista board will be hosting the forum.

Other Business

•The 2007 Annual Meeting will be held, Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at Cottonwood Elementary School. New board members will be elected that evening.

•With no other announcements, the meeting adjourned at 7:55 PM.

•Next meeting will be Wednesday, April 11^th, 2007, at Cottonwood Elementary School.
