Cherry Creek Vista HOA Board of Directors – Minutes from February 14, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm at Cottonwood Creek Elem. School

The Board received comments from the guests who expressed their dissatisfaction at the Boards decision to appeal the Magistrates ruling with reference to the Stewart truck matter. In response, the Board feels that it is responsible for enforcing the Rules and Regulations, and tries diligently to serve all the homeowners in the CCV HOA.

The Board approved the minutes from the Executive Session that was held on January 27, 2007.

Don LaBrot presented his agent report. There was a review of the financial statements and legal issues. There were no inspections in the month of January because the streets were not plowed. Centennial Property Services will conduct two inspections in the month of March to make up for that – and they will conduct the extra inspection after 6:00pm.

Barbara discussed the group home issue. She has not been able to get a response from Jim Dyer as to a meeting time – she will continue to pursue.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm
