Cherry Creek Vista HOA Board of Directors – Minutes from May 9th, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm

Sue Black discussed the notice of covenant violation regarding a truck parked at the home. She said that the truck would fit in the garage without the ladder being stored on the roof rack so they have removed the ladder and stored it elsewhere. The Board considers the issue resolved.

Bob Schwartz discussed the wording on the ballots that were sent out to the Association for the upcoming Board election.

There was also discussion around the proposed cell tower for Sunset Park. The Board decided that a letter needed be sent by the Board President to the CCV Parks and Recreation District clearly stating that the HOA opposed the placement of such a tower.

The minutes for the April meeting were unanimously approved.

The Board received the agent report

Amy Mills, a new resident to CCV, has offered to plan a neighborhood garage sale. The Board is grateful and looks to schedule that for next spring.

Summer Meeting locations were made: June at Jim Hooten’s, July at Barbara Ariss’,

August at Chris Pym’s (tentative).
